Exhibition Overview

THE ONE marked the opening exhibition of Art Plus Gallery in Korea in November 2017, bringing together nine artists whose distinctive practices explore diverse approaches to contemporary art.

Through painting, abstraction, color, materiality, and individual visual language, the exhibition presented a dialogue between different generations, perspectives, and artistic sensibilities. Rather than defining a single aesthetic, THE ONE highlighted the possibility of unity within diversity—bringing individual artistic voices together within one shared space.

The exhibition established Art Plus Gallery’s vision as a platform for introducing and connecting artists across Korea and the international contemporary art scene.

THE ONE represents the beginning of Art Plus Gallery’s ongoing commitment to artists, exhibitions, and cross-cultural artistic exchange.
