Art Plus Gallery presents CHANG JEE-YOUNG’s solo exhibition, Passants, ‘Promenade’, a series exploring people in motion and the fleeting scenes of everyday life.

Through expressive brushwork and luminous layers of color, the artist captures pedestrians as they move through urban and public spaces. Rather than focusing on individual identities, the paintings emphasize gestures, movement, rhythm, and the transient encounters that occur as people pass one another.

The vibrant colors and dynamic composition create a sense of movement, while the loosely painted figures convey the spontaneity and impermanence of everyday moments. Passants, ‘Promenade’ invites viewers to observe the familiar act of walking from a poetic perspective, transforming passing scenes into painterly memories.
